Ticketing and Customer Service Manager

The Ticketing and Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the Sydney Writers’ Festival’s ticketing and sales reporting requirements for the annual Festival, including the Education program. This is achieved by managing, maintaining, and optimising the Festival’s Customer Relationship Management system, Tessitura, and overseeing a small team of ticketing professionals including a Box Office Coordinator (2IC).

Programming Assistant

The Programming Assistant is a fixed-term, full-time position that will work closely with the Program Manager on the administrative and logistical side of programming the 2022 Festival. This incorporates artist liaison, support for the suburban and regional program, support for the workshop program, copywriting and editing and general administrative responsibilities.
