Head of Development
Sydney Writers' Festival is seeking a Head of Development to manage and oversee all aspects of the Festival’s fundraising strategy including philanthropy, partnerships, and trust and foundations. This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate fundraiser with strong relationship-building skills and vision to join the team and grow Sydney Writers' Festival successful development program. Working closely with the CEO and Artistic Director, the Head of Development is a key member of the core year-round organisation.

Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator assists in the development and execution of the annual Festival campaign including implementing audience development strategies and rolling out integrated and targeted sales campaigns. This position plays a central role in the marketing team by supporting administrative work, campaign coordination and delivery across paid and earned channels, creative development and design rollout, project management and planning.

Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the successful delivery of the annual Festival’s digital campaign efforts to drive deeper engagement and growth. This role has a particular focus on co-ordinating the planning, creation and distribution of emails, website content management, audio channels, social media moderation and project planning and management. This role reports into the Digital Marketing Manager and works closely with the internal marketing, programming and ticketing teams, and external partner networks.

Ticketing Supervisor
The Ticketing Supervisor is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operational and ticketing needs of the main Festival box office including event builds and the management and supervision of casual staffing. Reporting to the Ticketing and Customer Services Manager, the Ticketing Supervisor will ensure the Festival events program is built accurately in Tessitura and TNEW and that any operational tasks in relation to the smooth running of the main Festival box office are completed in a timely manner.

Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO
The Office Manager and EA to the CEO is a key member of the Sydney Writers' Festival team, providing administrative support to the CEO and managing the I.T. systems, policies and process for an office that has a staff of ten full-time employees and up to 47 people during Festival season. This pivotal role in the organisation, reporting to the CEO, is ideal for an individual who embodies dynamism and exceptional organisational abilities, coupled with a results- oriented mindset.

Customer Service Representatives
Customer Service Representatives provide box office service to Sydney Writers’ Festival customers and patrons from the presale period through to the conclusion of the Festival. They are responsible for maintaining an efficient, effective and professional ticketing service to both internal and external customers and to assist the Ticketing Supervisor as required. Customer Service Representatives work across the Box Office and Call Centre during the Festival Week at Carriageworks.
