Sydney Writers’ Festival is one of the world’s leading and most beloved literary institutions and for one week each year more than 400 writers come together with readers for a week-long celebration of books and ideas.

The 2022 Sydney Writers’ Festival will be held from 16–22 May.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Sydney Writers' Festival is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our passionate, collaborative and dedicated marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in the marketing and broader Festival team, and is integral to the delivery of a far-reaching and effective 2022 marketing campaign. 

They will be responsible for driving engagement across all of the Festival’s digital channels – including website, email, social media and content platforms – and producing quality content and marketing initiatives to promote 2022 Sydney Writers’ Festival to new and loyal audiences.

Ticketing Manager

Reporting to the Head of Ticketing, the Ticketing Manager is responsible for building and managing the Sydney Writers' Festival's ticketing requirements within Tessitura. The Ticketing Manager will ensure all Festival events are built accurately and that points of sales are managed efficiently to ensure optimal revenue growth for the organisation.

Ticketing Coordinator

The Ticketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational and ticketing needs of the Festival Box Office team. This includes assisting with event builds, education bookings and invoicing, guest ticket fulfillment, call centre bookings and general box office duties as required. You will report to the Head of Ticketing and work closely with the Ticketing Manager.
