Ticketing and Customer Services Manager

The Ticketing and Customer Services Manager is responsible for managing the Sydney Writers’ Festival’s ticketing and sales reporting requirements for the annual Festival and year-round, out of season events. This is achieved by managing, maintaining, and optimising the Festival’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Tessitura, and overseeing a small team of ticketing professionals including a Box Office Supervisor (2IC).

Reporting to the CEO, and working closely with the Artistic Director, Head of Marketing & Digital, Head of Development, and Head of Production, the Ticketing and Customer Services Manager will oversee the smooth and effective delivery of ticketed events and will design and implement strategies to both optimise the use of Tessitura and increase the Festival’s ticketing and fundraising revenues.

Please note: A minimum of 3 years Tessitura Ticketing experience is essential for this role.
